I've tried to contact them, I get confirmation that I've "opened a ticket" but no one ever gets back to me. WASTE OF $$$
G2A SUPPORT DEPARTMENT
I'm trying to stay calm because you are not even ANSWERING TO MY CASE! This is not a playground, my case is all about a seller tries to **** people and you aren't even looking at it! I escalated my case and still NO ANSWER!!!!!!! The seller gave me an invalid code for the game "just cause 4" on platform "STEAM". I say that my key is invalid and he answers that me or someone else on my account USED the key. What kind of logic is this??? HELP ME OUT OF THIS I TRY TO STAY CALM I WANT TO ENJOY MY WEEKEND!!!!!!!

G2A - Dispute charge
Hi my name is Christopher Harrison two days ago I purchased for $93.11 an item off of old-school RuneScape website and I have not received the product and they are refusing to give me the ticket number that I need to get the product online. I want to dispute that charge in bid it taken off of my account or else I’m gonna call my attorney and get this settled through the system
G2A - Charged TWICE for SAME TRANSACTION
This has happened in the past aswell.. managed to get the money back.. but now it’s happened AGAIN!!! I have a family to put food on the table for, I work 6 days a week on low wage , and you guys just seem like it’s OKAY to take the same TRANSACTION — TWICE!!! This is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. No customer care number, no support.. If I don’t receive a reply with a full refund of around $300, I will be taking this further.
