G2A has no hotline and keeps sending emails to refund which never takes place with real sellers, please remedy those circumstances for your own sake and beloved/trusted customers please...

I used g2a international transaction to buy some items from csgoskins.com But i did it only twice. You guys charged me a lot everytime when i add money to my bank account.I'm gettin charged and paying overdraft fee to my bank account because of you guys kept charging me from the transaction i didn't do. (I did first 2 transaction but i didn't do the other transactions i want to take my money back or i will sue)

In January I bought the following Bitdefender Total Security 2019 GLOBAL Key 1 Year 5 Devices It expired after 3 months instead of 1 year I contacted G2A, they said they had contacted the seller and to wait 7 days. After the 7 days, they said to fill out a form to get a refund. They then said I had to go to the police, file a fraud complaint, get an official police report and send it to them or I would not get a refund and that was their policy. They have all the information necessary to give me a refund, this policy seems to be an unfair tactic to avoid giving me my refund. Is a reasonable person going to bother the police for a $22 refund? However, I will file a complaint with the FTC next, the Better Business Bureau and anyone I can think of.

I'm trying to stay calm because you are not even ANSWERING TO MY CASE! This is not a playground, my case is all about a seller tries to **** people and you aren't even looking at it! I escalated my case and still NO ANSWER!!!!!!! The seller gave me an invalid code for the game "just cause 4" on platform "STEAM". I say that my key is invalid and he answers that me or someone else on my account USED the key. What kind of logic is this??? HELP ME OUT OF THIS I TRY TO STAY CALM I WANT TO ENJOY MY WEEKEND!!!!!!!

So I have been informed that "Proper investigation has been provided and the decision in this case is final. The refund in this case is not possible due to all facts provided." I just added a picture showing an update from Steam support showing proof that I did not use...

Update: They sent me two more messages after giving me no information, refusing to tell me where the charges came from, who they came from, for what, etc. They told me to confirm I have never used their vompany before for which I did.

They then sent me another messahe stating it needed further review, to a no replies email. They sent me this same email again today, then another email as they had when I had first contacted them discussing the matter, like it was the first time I had contacted them. It asked for my debit card information as the original email they sent earlier. It seems to be an automated reply or at the very least, the same sent to all customers as its worded exactly the same.

On Pissed Consumer, they blame me saying I use my debit card at gas stations, stores, etc, anyone cpuld have stolen the info therefor it is my fault for using a debit card from my bank and I shpuld had secured it better. They know what so called "merchant" at their company billed my account fraudulently for large amounts repeatedly and will not divulge any information nor stop this as they are a fraudulent company. There are other reviews from other consumers saying such as well. I am using my emails and PissedConsumer replies from the company to file the police reports as soon as the pending charge goes through.

They think they are untouchable as the are "Uk based." This is not true Also, please note PissedConsumer, if you read this, I can not enter the information you asked for in the email you sent me to make this review more visible as there is no product link for anything I bought because I bought no product. Its a fraudulent company stealing bank account information.
