I have had regular payments taken from my bank account which I cannot account for from G2a. Having spoken to my bank they found the first payment in December 2017 and then every other month.

I have now cancelled this payment in the hope I will be contacted to ask why G2a can no longer recieve this payment. The bank have told me that sometimes in the small print there is a box to tick to say you do not want updates ... which if you miss and don't tick signs you up for those updates .. with charges made.

Although these payments are not large they are regular and without G2a confirming what they are for I can only assume they have been taken without consent.

The fact that they are taken every other month seems somewhat suspicious. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
