This has happened in the past aswell.. managed to get the money back.. but now it’s happened AGAIN!!!
I have a family to put food on the table for, I work 6 days a week on low wage , and you guys just seem like it’s OKAY to take the same TRANSACTION — TWICE!!!
This is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. No customer care number, no support..
If I don’t receive a reply with a full refund of around $300, I will be taking this further.
