G2A - Charge for nothing
A few weeks ago I purchased a game key for my son. Today I notiched I had an added charge on my PayPal account for no good reason, nor did I see any item that was bought.
It seems that I checkboxed a statement regarding future transactions or payments for G2A and they just charged me for no new transaction or purchase I made!!!
WTF? wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $3.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hi there,
I'm sorry for the difficulties encountered. It seems you may have chosen to make the purchase with G2A Shield service, if you ticked the option before completing your order.
It could be either a one-off G2A Shield protection or a G2A Shield membership. You can check if the membership is active by logging into you G2A Account and going to Settings > Account > G2A Shield.
If it's active you can simply disable it with just one click.
Feel free to contact us at helpdesk@g2a.com and we'll be happy to look into it further.
Best Regards,
Irwin
