Into a 10 day long and back forth with g2a and a seller from which i bought the key from.

Despite having g2a shield which according to them 100% assures a replacement or a refund in the event of a faulty key have ruled in favor of the scammer who sold the faulty key.

DO NOT BUY FROM G2A - at least not without expecting to maybe get a fake key to which g2a shield is no assurance.

Buyer beware.

While i did have some good purchases from them in the past there is no one to appeal to. live chat and support are not "in charge" of resolving these issues and the "resolution center does not answer to why it rejected my claim (despite providing every evidence asked by the seller)

I bought a game on black friday and activated the G2A shield. I wanted to buy the once off one but I accidentally bought the monthly one.

As soon as I realised I deactivated the shield and even removed my card from my G2A account. Yet the transaction still goes off. I tried the customer care page but it gives me an error message that says it is forbidden by administrative rule.

I don't want my money back but I want to remove future payments. If not I will have to go the legal route.
